Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).
All metal prints ship within 3 - 4 business days and arrive "ready to hang" with mounting hooks and nails.

Artist's Description
A koi pond that was part of a display in the Bellagio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. This pond was in front of a large Chinese boat. I have a few other images on here from the exhibit. I did quite a bit of work on this one to get the water this dark and the fish as bright as they are. Each fish was adjusted individually for optimal appearance.
About Glenn DiPaola
I attended the University of Rhode Island where I studied photography under Bart Parker. I graduated with a BFA in fine art photography and a minor in communications. College was always b&w work, hand-processed in the dark room, using many different cameras. It was great fun. After college I worked in the photo-finishing business for many years as well as doing commercial photography. In the 80's I started to shoot only color for my artwork and never returned to the world of black & white - until 2014. I started converting my color digital images to black and white whenever I saw them as intended for bw. I believe the eye you started with does not go away.
